Retribution -
I am an elf, We belief in an ideological belief system to structure each elf in to society … Psychologists have generally found that personality traits, and individual difference variables, needs, an ideological beliefs setting that creates the understanding of the idea of individual Beliefs. They may share some common threads, even to the point of fanciful speculation. But must end in the self having the point of most importants towards its own beliefs … In this an Elvin society places importants on the rights of the individual through retribution… Retribution being the right to have a say in the final out come in a court of law, So as to give true Closure To that situation threw the eyes of the victim. … This choice can not be taken away from the victim. For they have the rights to their own beliefs, in all situations, through out society. This is important to the mental health of the elfin society as a whole.
It works like this...
There are 10 rules, obligations, and laws that are followed by all elf’s... there are 200 rules, obligations, and laws created by each elf to protect their own belief system... these 200 rules, obligations, and laws is what the courts use to decide if that elf has broke any obligations To the rules he or she has created to place them self in to society. If someone who is not an elf commits a so-called crime on an elf. Or is accused of committing a crime on an elf… Guilt of the crime is decided through their legal points in the law, toward their Beliefs. But if found guilty according to their own standards of living /IE their beliefs, then it is given to the elfin law for the punishment as to the standards of the so called victims legal points.
The 10 rules, Obligations and Laws :
Rule 1 – Freedom of choice.
Obligation 1 – Live with the choices you make.
Law 1 – You must obey the law of your chosen belief system.

Obligation 2 – You must know and understand your chosen beliefs.
Law 2 – You must live in an ideological based belief system.

Rule 3 – You must respect the belief system of the society of the state, city, town, villa or village you are in wile you are there., because each is a different system…
Obligation 3 – You must understand are sameness wile, living the differences.
Law 3 – You will have your ideological Beliefs protected.

Rule 4 – You have the right to your sexual activities.
Obligation 4 - You must respect, your sexual partner’s preferences, during these activities.
Law 4 - You will have your personal sexual beliefs protected.

Rule 5 –You may hand fast to as many people as you want.
Obligation 5 – You must know your placement in the hand fasting.
Law 5 – You must sign A Prenuptial agreement as a hand fasting lie sans.

Rule 6 – Your Book of Shadows will act as your personal Belief system.
Obligation 6 – Know how to write a Book of Shadows and write one.
Law 6 – Your Book of Shadows will be consulted in all legal maters.

Rule 7 – When a cuhvet or Cleric creates their rules obligations and laws to structure them selves, a legal dictionary must be created to explain every words meaning, as they meant them to be used.
Obligation 7 – You must understand the rules, obligation, law you have created.
