Habits -  

This brings us to Habit - Habits are routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously, without directly thinking consciously about them, as if some action occurs automatically.  An acquired pattern Created by repeated response that activates a method of actions to some desired end … Most People only think of habits as a kind of mental training … But there are other kinds of habits. Tree’s have habits. Crystals have habits. And the there isn’t a thing I can think of that don’t show habit in a variety of ways. As you should know chemistry is proof that habits work. With out habits there would be no constant in any thing ... You would have no way to remember because memory is the place habit are formed, and as you decide to act. Your memory triggers what is needed to get the job done ...

If we stop to think about what thoughts are, you will see they are nothing more than little habits. We have designed in are self’s. For example when to smile and at what, when to cry and why we should cry, we even train are self in what makes us happy or sad. We have trained are self in every act of movement right down to the way we like to look … There for developing good habits depends on your idea of good. Let’s look at it like this, if you like some thing that I do not and act on that thing you like. I would look at you like you are doing something wrong even if you didn’t see any thing wrong in it. For example if I did not like your beliefs and you were caught, by me. Acting in what you liked about your beliefs I might say you are an immoral person. Even though I know you are capable of making the distinction between right and wrong in conduct as it is relating to, your own belief’s in accordance with the principles your beliefs use to place judgment on the self, and organize pattern of behavior creating personal philosophy.

Habits are placed in a particular structure and are ordered according to other thing with in what we call the mind … Mind being a particular kind of memory, but not yet conscious of self, which only responds to certain kinds of stimulus with out thought … In this there are those things that are illusion to conciseness, Things created in the mind as habit that gives us a particular realization of a thing that does not egg-zest any where but in the mind. These are common hallucinations that we accept as real but have no existence in what we call reality… Sound is a realization and not a real thing, color is also a realization and not a real thing, Hot and cold are realizations and not real things…

Let’s look at color, we see because of nerve activity in the brain. There are those who see the color blue as green and we call them color blind. Only because the mass public see that same stimulus as blue… if we seen it as green then they would be just like us and there would be no difference accept it would still be blue.

Let’s look at another example. If we build some idea up in the mind, and give it a form that we know exist, and we add to that some thing that might be plausible if only we knew how to do it… we could come up with some pretty wild ideas. And some of them might even work. Others would not work at all and there would be a group of things others could help us with in the way of fixing or throwing it away… after all, it was a good idea once upon a then you broke it… and after every thing you did in thinking about it … well lets change the subject back to what I was talking about… The idea comes from smaller habits that are tried and true, known to work, and then you broke it. And all you did was start thinking, and that ok with me, really. To get back on subject, this thinking you are doing, is not conscious thought. Only smaller habits that come together to form new ideas. In picture form, Remember we create things in picture form and then create words to explain what we see there. These words are symbols only. This stimulus of the mind can be an object that self created and is expressed in symbol form to give other instructions to particular habits or to create actions of some kind in your environment as you want them to happen. Now to get back to what I was saying. We Remember, things that we find to be of importance, and we call the remembering, the self when it is structured through a particular order of remembering… this is what we call consciousness. This experience of awareness that we think of as being are selves. As it is placed in are memories. The question then is, what is it to have awareness, if not our illusion of reality as it is placed in to memory through certain kinds of experiences, and we call this life. Or being alive. So For us to have intelligence, we must have the ability to know the difference between the fantasies and the realities of the habits in our awareness’s. And by what means, that we do judge these things to be real. In the idea of, I am I, you are you, and we are us proud to be, different.
